You can log a support request:
You should receive a mail from our accounting department as soon as the administration for your new connection has been finalised.
 
View your usage data
Log in to the User Control Panel below to view your usage statistics. If you don’t know what your password is, send a request to support@communet.co.za.
You can monitor your current data usage by logging in to your router
  • Make sure that you are connected to your Communet network.
  • Open your web browser.
  • Enter http://communet.router into your address bar.
  • The portal login page will open. Use the login “user” and leave the password blank.
  • You can now see your data usage in real time! You can also see your Communet username, and which tower you are connected to.
This is especially useful when your internet seems slow, as you can see if you are using more bandwidth than expected.

Please note:
If a Communet technician is called out and the problem is to be found to be the fault of the client (i.e. tampering; ignorance; environmental damage) a call out fee will be charged (usually R150 per hour rounded up).
This does not include the cost to replace damaged equipment, which will be charged additionally.
Please also note that such call outs will usually include a user development session aimed at empowering you to solve future problem occurrences.
